Insilico Medicine hits early discovery milestone, unlocks payment in USD 888.00 million AI-oncology deal with Servier

Bulletin Express10-20

Insilico Medicine Cayman TopCo (Insilico Medicine) has reached the first early drug-discovery milestone in its multi-year artificial-intelligence collaboration with France-based pharmaceutical group Servier, triggering a contractual payment from its partner.

The partnership, first announced in early 2026, is valued at up to USD 888.00 million and included USD 32.00 million in upfront and near-term research and development milestones. The companies are jointly advancing two oncology programmes built on Insilico Medicine’s proprietary end-to-end AI platform, Pharma.AI; both programmes have now completed target nomination.

Achievement of predefined research criteria for the first programme activates the milestone payment from Servier to Insilico Medicine, marking tangible progress in the alliance and validating the application of AI-driven methodologies in early-stage oncology drug discovery.

The Board emphasised that shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares, as forward-looking statements are subject to uncertainties and the disclosed financial data have not been audited or reviewed.
