YOFC to Invest HK$31.3 Million in Private Equity Fund Targeting Advanced Technology Sectors

YOFC's wholly-owned subsidiary, YOFC International Investment Company, has entered into a limited partnership agreement with FutureTech Stars Investment Limited. Under the agreement, FutureTech Stars Investment Limited will act as the general partner, holding a 2% stake in the private equity fund. YOFC plans to invest HK$31.3 million of its own capital as a limited partner, acquiring approximately 20.17% of the fund's partnership shares. The FutureTech Stars fund focuses on equity investments in early-stage technology companies within core sectors such as next-generation information technology, advanced manufacturing, new energy, new materials, and life sciences. Through this participation, YOFC International Investment aims to broaden its investment channels by leveraging the resources and expertise of professional investment institutions in the equity investment field. Additionally, the fund's targeted sectors hold potential synergies with YOFC's existing business, which may help the company enhance its strategic positioning and strengthen its market standing.
