CanSinoBIO reiterates switch to electronic corporate communications, requests shareholders’ email registration

Bulletin Express04-22

CanSino Biologics Inc. (CanSinoBIO) reminded registered shareholders on 22 April 2026 that the company has fully adopted electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications. English and Chinese versions of reports, circulars, notices and proxy forms will be posted on the company website (www.cansinotech.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies will no longer be mailed by default.

To receive timely notifications—particularly for actionable corporate communications that require voting or election instructions—shareholders are urged to provide a functional email address. The preferred method is to scan the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form; alternatively, the completed form can be returned to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

If no email address is supplied, CanSinoBIO will continue to send actionable documents in printed form until electronic contact details are received. Shareholders who wish to receive all corporate communications in hard copy may opt in via the reply form or by emailing cansino.biologics.ecom@computershare.com.hk; this instruction remains valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.

Queries can be directed to Computershare at +852 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
