BORTEX GLOBAL (08118) announced that the Board of Directors has proposed to change the Company's English name from "China Capital International Holdings Limited" to "Zhongzi International Holdings Limited". The Chinese name "中资国际控股有限公司" will remain unchanged and will continue to serve as its dual foreign language name.
