On the evening of November 19, Shandong Weigao Orthopaedic Device Co., Ltd. (688161) announced that its board of directors received a written resignation application from Director and General Manager Lu Junqiang. Due to work adjustment reasons, Lu Junqiang will no longer serve as a director of the third board of directors or as general manager. Deputy General Manager Li Jin will temporarily assume the duties of general manager until the board appoints a new one. Lu Junqiang will continue to work at enterprises controlled by the company's major shareholder and actual controller.
