Citigroup Forecasts Brent Crude Price Trajectory

Citigroup projects that the average price of Brent crude oil in the second quarter will be approximately $95 per barrel if navigation through the Strait of Hormuz resumes. However, should disruptions persist for eight to nine weeks, prices could reach around $130. In a scenario of prolonged interruption, oil inventories would decline to multi-year lows.
