TriNet has recently announced that its administrative services organization solution for small and medium-sized enterprises, HR Plus, has surpassed 40,000 users since its launch last year, indicating the product's rapid market expansion. Concurrently, the company has introduced a suite of new features to further enhance HR Plus's human resources support capabilities.
TriNet ASO Vice President Chris Winslow stated that HR Plus has achieved significant growth since its debut last year. Reaching the milestone of over 40,000 users fully demonstrates the market's urgent need for more flexible and modern ways to access HR expertise and technology, which aids businesses in their ongoing development.
Key Platform Enhancements
The newly introduced enhancements to HR Plus primarily include the following areas. In terms of flexibility, the platform has added a pre-built integration with Employee Navigator as an additional option for broker partners, allowing them to operate within their existing systems or directly use TriNet's native benefits administration platform. To improve support efficiency, the platform has introduced AI-driven support features for both administrators and employees, which can directly assist with handling common inquiries such as payroll questions, password resets, and document retrieval.
TriNet has also launched a new Talent and Organizational Development service to provide strategic support for businesses navigating workforce challenges. Simultaneously, the company has released two specialized service packages: Payroll Pro, which focuses on payroll and payroll tax professional support, and People Pro, which offers strategic talent and human resources professional services.
TriNet indicated plans to further expand HR Plus's functionality, including the introduction of a leave management service. This service will integrate technology from Cocoon, a leave management technology provider whose recent acquisition by TriNet was announced.
TriNet is a leading provider of human resources solutions, offering comprehensive services to small and medium-sized businesses, including employee benefits, payroll management, and compliance consulting. Through the HR Plus platform, businesses can manage complex HR tasks on a unified platform, significantly reducing operational costs and administrative burdens.
