Sa Sa International publishes FY2025/26 Annual Report, AGM Circular and Proxy Materials

Sa Sa International Holdings Limited announced on 27 July 2026 that the following corporate communications are now available in both English and Chinese: (i) Annual Report 2025/26, (ii) Circular, (iii) Notice of Annual General Meeting and (iv) Proxy Form.

The documents can be accessed electronically through the “Financial Report” and “Announcement and Circular” sections of the investor-relations page on the company website (http://corp.sasa.com) and through the HKEx news website (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will find the hard copies enclosed. Others may obtain printed versions or change their future language and delivery preferences by completing and returning the Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to sasa-ecom@vistra.com. No postage is required for mail posted within Hong Kong.

The company encourages electronic communication as part of its environmental policy and confirms that printed copies will be provided promptly free of charge upon request. Shareholders with enquiries can contact Tricor’s customer service hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
