The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Notice No. 2025/106, stating that in response to an application from Orrcon Manufacturing Pty Ltd, a first anti-dumping sunset review investigation has been initiated on precision steel pipes imported from China and South Korea, along with a first countervailing sunset review investigation on precision steel pipes imported from China. The relevant Australian Customs codes are 7306.30.00.30, 7306.50.00.45, and 7306.61.00.21. The Commission expects to complete the basic facts report by November 24, 2025, and submit the final report to the Minister for Industry and Science by March 20, 2026. 2. Australia issues third final ruling on anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures for aluminum extrusions from China. On October 16, 2025, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission released Notice No. 2025/096. The Minister for Industry and Science approved the Commission's recommendations to continue anti-dumping and countervailing measures on imported aluminum extrusions from China, which will take effect from October 29, 2025.
