Guo Guangchang Sells Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank H-Shares Twice in New Year, Raising HK$45.51 Million

Guo Guangchang reduced his stake in Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank H-shares by 2.8 million shares on March 10, 2026. The transaction was conducted in Hong Kong dollars, with a maximum per-share price of HK$6.01 and an average price of HK$5.9607. Based on the average price, the sale generated approximately HK$16.69 million.

Following this disposal, Guo's holding in the bank's H-shares decreased from about 303 million shares to around 300 million shares. His stake proportion dropped from 12.04% to 11.93%.

This marks Guo's second recent sale of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank shares. Previously, on February 6, he sold 4.726 million H-shares at HK$6.0979 per share, raising about HK$28.8187 million. After that transaction, his shareholding stood at approximately 326 million shares, representing a 12.98% stake.

In total, Guo Guangchang has sold 7.526 million H-shares in Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank across these two transactions, realizing combined proceeds of HK$45.5087 million.
