Ritamix holds capital steady in July 2026, confirms adequate public float

Ritamix Global Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing no changes to its share capital structure and reaffirming compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Ritamix’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million in total.

Issued share metrics were also stable. The company closed July with 472.00 million total issued shares, of which 5.24 million are held in treasury, leaving 466.76 million shares in public hands. There were no new share issues, cancellations, or movements of treasury shares during the month, resulting in zero funds raised.

The board confirmed that the public float exceeded the minimum 25 % threshold required under Main Board Rule 13.32B, ensuring ongoing compliance.

Regarding equity incentives, Ritamix’s Share Option Scheme adopted on 8 April 2020 had no outstanding, granted, or exercised options as at 31 July 2026. The mandate still allows for up to 50.00 million shares to be issued upon future option grants.

The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute existing shareholders, and no additional corporate actions were undertaken in the period.

Company Secretary Wong Po Lam affirmed that all regulatory filings and listing rule requirements have been duly observed.
