Midea Group Repurchases 145 Million A-Shares Through October

Midea Group Co.,Ltd. (00300) has announced that, as of October 31, 2026, the company had repurchased approximately 145 million of its A-shares through its dedicated securities repurchase account via centralized bidding transactions.

This repurchased amount represents 1.89% of the company's current total share capital. The highest transaction price was 87.71 yuan per share, while the lowest was 73.66 yuan per share.

The total amount paid for the repurchase was 11.757 billion yuan, excluding transaction fees. The company stated that this repurchase complies with relevant laws and regulations as well as its established repurchase plan.
