Transwarp Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (SHA: 688031) announced that the final offer price for its H-share issuance has been fixed at HK$49 per share.
This price excludes the 1% brokerage commission, the 0.0027% Securities and Futures Commission transaction levy, the 0.00565% Stock Exchange of Hong Kong trading fee, and the 0.00015% Accounting and Financial Reporting Council transaction levy.
The company's H-shares are scheduled to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and commence trading on September 21, 2026.
