MTR Corporation (00066) announced that, as Ms. Huang Peiwen will no longer serve as the Under Secretary for Transport and Logistics from May 11, 2026, she will consequently cease to be the alternate director for the company's non-executive director, Secretary for Transport and Logistics Ms. Chan Mei-bo, effective from the same date. Concurrently, as Mr. Li Ligang will assume the role of Under Secretary for Transport and Logistics from May 11, 2026, he will be appointed as the alternate director for Ms. Chan Mei-bo, the company's non-executive director and Secretary for Transport and Logistics, effective from that date.
