GENFLEET-B (02595) rose nearly 5% in early trading. As of press time, the stock was up 3.84% at HK$19.48, with a turnover of HK$15.6191 million.
On the news front, GENFLEET-B announced that since the third quarter of this year, multiple innovative combination therapies involving its oral pan-RAS inhibitor GFH276 have received clinical trial approvals from China's CDE, or completed clinical trial filings with Australia's TGA.
The related studies cover first-line and later-line treatment of multiple major RAS-mutant cancer types, with some trials already having enrolled patients across multiple dose levels.
China Merchants Securities issued a research report stating that GFH276's first-in-human data is positive, with a 41% ORR in PDAC and a 14.8% rate of Grade 3 or higher TRAEs being the core highlights. The early efficacy and safety profile demonstrates potential superiority over RMC-6236's comparable data, positioning it as a potential best-in-class global pan-RAS inhibitor.
