The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$107.2432 per share, resulting in a total consideration of around HK$13.2445 million.
Following this purchase, Schroders PLC's total shareholding in the company has increased to 12.2142 million shares. This position now represents 26.19% of the issued share capital.
