CH CASTSON 81 Publishes 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular Online; Shareholders Urged to Opt for Electronic Communications

Bulletin Express04-30

On 30 April 2026, China Castson 81 Finance Company Limited (“CH CASTSON 81”) released its 2025 Annual Report together with a circular covering:

• Proposed general mandates to issue and repurchase shares. • Proposed re-election of directors. • Notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). • Associated Form of Proxy.

Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/810) and on HKEX’s news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed documents will find hard copies enclosed. Others are encouraged to review the web-based version to support cost efficiency and environmental goals.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access—and those preferring hard copies—may request printed materials at no charge by completing and returning the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong), or by emailing 810-ecom@vistra.com.

CH CASTSON 81 reminds shareholders that providing a valid email address is essential for receiving electronic notices and actionable corporate communications. Without a functional email on record, future notifications will default to printed form until updated instructions are received.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
