YH Entertainment Group appoints Au Kai Yin as joint company secretary and authorized representative following Chung Ming Fai’s resignation

YH Entertainment Group announced that Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Process Agent Chung Ming Fai will step down on 26 March 2026. The board confirmed that Chung has no disagreements with directors and that no matters require shareholder attention.

Effective the same day, Au Kai Yin will assume all three roles. Au is currently an assistant manager in the listed corporate secretarial department at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited and brings more than 10 years of corporate secretarial and governance experience. He is an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK), and holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and Compliance from Hong Kong Baptist University and a BSc in Accounting from the University of Hull.

The board expressed gratitude to Chung for his service and extended a welcome to Au in his new capacities.
