TYK Medicines-B (02410) saw its share price rally more than 6% during the morning session, last trading 5.63% higher at HK$7.13 with turnover reaching HK$16.15 million.
The company's interim results showed research and development costs at RMB 94.93 million, up 7% year-on-year, while administrative expenses reached RMB 62.55 million, an increase of 61.3%. The loss attributable to parent company shareholders narrowed significantly to RMB 24.9 million, a reduction of 77.81% compared to the same period last year.
Notably, in July of this year, TYK Medicines-B entered into a collaboration with Qilu Pharmaceutical to jointly develop and produce TY-9591 active pharmaceutical ingredients and handle its commercialization across mainland China. Under the agreement, Qilu Pharmaceutical will also make an equity investment in TYK Medicines-B.
The New Drug Application (NDA) for TY-9591 had already been formally accepted by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of China's National Medical Products Administration in early 2026, and the drug has been included in the priority review and approval process.
