Qnity Electronics Inc shares surged 10.28% in pre-market trading on Tuesday following the release of stronger-than-expected second-quarter results and an upward revision to its full-year financial outlook.
The company reported adjusted earnings of $1.19 per share, surging past the analyst consensus estimate of $1.07 by 11.21%. Revenue reached $1.429 billion, exceeding the $1.356 billion forecast and marking a 22.14% increase from the same period last year. In addition, Qnity raised its full-year 2026 guidance, projecting adjusted EPS in a range of $4.40 to $4.60 and revenue between $5.55 billion and $5.65 billion, both well above FactSet estimates.
The significant top- and bottom-line beats, combined with the bullish guidance lift, fueled optimism among investors and drove the sharp pre-market advance.
