On the evening of July 28, AI chip company Cambricon Technologies Corporation Limited officially disclosed its Draft 2026 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan. The company plans to grant a total of 5 million second-class restricted shares at a uniform grant price of 750 yuan per share.

The first tranche of the grant is set to be allocated to 945 incentive recipients. Based on the total number of company employees at the end of 2025, this coverage ratio reaches 85.37%, meaning more than 80% of the staff are included in the incentive scope. A total of 4 million shares are to be distributed among 945 people, resulting in an average allocation of approximately 4,232.8 shares per person.

On July 28, Cambricon Technologies Corporation Limited closed at 1,128 yuan per share. The theoretical book value difference per share is 378 yuan, leading to a theoretical average book floating profit of about 1.6 million yuan per person. However, this substantial floating profit is not easily obtainable. The plan sets strict, tiered revenue performance targets. Currently, this incentive plan is only a draft and must be submitted for approval at the shareholders' meeting before it can be implemented.
