According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 15, J.P. Morgan (often referred to as '小摩' in Chinese markets) sold approximately 3.194 million shares of CMOC (HKEX: 03993).
The transaction was executed at a price of HK$15.784 per share, resulting in a total consideration of roughly HK$50.4146 million.
Following this divestment, J.P. Morgan's shareholding in the company decreased to about 233 million shares.
This revised holding represents a stake of approximately 5.92% in the company.
