GAODI HOLDINGS (01676) announced that all conditions under the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion of the placing was implemented on October 9, 2025. A total of 30.802 million placing shares (representing approximately 14.05% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company immediately following completion after the allotment and issuance of the placing shares) have been successfully placed to not less than 6 placees at the placing price of HK$0.43 per placing share in accordance with the terms of the placing agreement.
