On December 12, 2025, SERES (09927) announced that its board of directors, in accordance with the recommendation of the audit committee, proposed appointing (i) Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP (Deloitte China) as the domestic auditor for the fiscal year 2025, and (ii) Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte Hong Kong) as the overseas auditor for the same period. The board also sought shareholder approval to authorize management to negotiate audit fees based on specific requirements and scope. The proposed auditor change will take effect upon approval by the shareholders' meeting.
