United Labs Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Confirms Full Transition to Electronic Dissemination

Bulletin Express09-24

On 24 September 2026, United Laboratories International Holdings Limited (“United Labs”) announced the release of its 2026 Interim Report. The English and Chinese versions are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.tul.com.hk) and HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

In line with the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, United Labs confirmed that all future corporate communications—including annual reports, interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically. Printed copies will be provided only upon specific shareholder request and at no cost.

Shareholders are encouraged to supply functional email addresses by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Where no valid email is recorded, investors must monitor the company and HKExnews websites for updates; actionable corporate communications will be dispatched in hard copy until a functional email address is received.

Requests for printed versions of future communications remain valid until the next annual report is published. Enquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar on +852 2862 8688 or via email at tul3933.ecom@computershare.com.hk during weekday business hours.
