Reference is made to the announcements dated 9 November 2025 and the circular dated 24 December 2025, which set out the conditions for the planned share subscription and placing under specific mandates.
On 30 January 2026, the parties involved in the Subscription Agreement and the Placing Agreement executed extension letters to postpone the long stop date for fulfilling the conditions from 31 January 2026 to 28 February 2026. According to the announcement dated 25 February 2026, all other terms and conditions of the agreements remain unchanged.
