BAMA TEA Announces 2025 Financial Results with Revenue of Approximately 2.2 Billion Yuan

Stock News03-27

BAMA TEA (06980) has released its financial performance for 2025. The company reported revenue of approximately 2.196 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 2.5%. The gross profit amount reached about 1.221 billion yuan, up 3.6% compared to the previous year. Annual profit was approximately 222 million yuan, marking a slight decrease of 0.8%. Earnings per share stood at 2.86 yuan.

During the reporting period, the company's revenue was primarily generated from its offline sales channels, which include both direct-operated and franchised stores. Overall revenue from this channel remained stable and recorded modest growth, mainly driven by increased procurement from franchisees and contributions from customized purchases by major clients. Concurrently, the company continued its strategy of closing unprofitable direct-operated offline stores, leading to a reduction in the total number of such stores and a corresponding decline in revenue from this segment.

Revenue contribution from online channels was notably significant. This was partly due to the continued strong performance of the Wanshanhong sub-brand's online operations. Additionally, throughout the year, efforts in digital marketing, live-streaming commerce, and influencer endorsements enhanced product visibility and consumer appeal.
