OneRobotics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (ONEROBOTICS) has officially migrated its corporate website from www.onero.cn to www.onerobot.com, effective 24 April 2026. According to the board of directors, all future announcements, notices and related documents released in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules will be available through the new domain as well as the HKEX website.

The announcement, signed by Chairman, Executive Director and CEO Mr. Li Zhichen, confirms no changes to disclosure practices or shareholder access beyond the updated URL. The current board consists of four executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
