New data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals a recent transaction involving a major shareholder.
On June 2nd, China Universal Fund reduced its stake in 3SBIO (HKEX: 01530) by 2.162 million shares. The shares were sold at an average price of approximately HK$17.1455 each, resulting in a total transaction value of around HK$37.07 million.
Following this disposal, China Universal Fund's remaining holding in the pharmaceutical company stands at about 178 million shares. This represents a shareholding percentage of 6.99%.
