On April 30, financial authorities announced that Honghu Rural Commercial Bank in Hubei Province has been fined 200,000 yuan due to insufficient implementation of internal control systems. The penalty was disclosed in the administrative punishment list published by the Jingzhou Supervision Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. In addition, Wan Qian has been banned from working in the banking industry for seven years.
