Hong Kong, 20 July 2026 – CaoCao INC. disclosed a series of equity movements in its latest Next Day Disclosure Return, highlighting a moderate share repurchase alongside option-driven share issuances.

1. Share Repurchase • On 20 July 2026, CaoCao repurchased 344,200 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 14.22 and HKD 14.70, for a total consideration of HKD 4.99 million. • All repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares. • The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 8 June 2026, under which the company is authorised to repurchase up to 58.30 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 3.96 million shares, equivalent to 0.68 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. • In line with listing rules, CaoCao is subject to a moratorium on issuing or selling any shares out of treasury until 19 August 2026.
