Agibot held its mid-year all-hands meeting for 2026, announcing that due to the company's performance targets being exceeded in the first half of the year, it has decided to grant a mid-year special performance bonus to all regular employees, sharing the fruits of the company's growth with its workforce.
According to the internal notice, this bonus will be distributed alongside July salaries. The distribution criteria include a base amount of one month's fixed salary, covering all regular employees who were on staff from January 1 to June 30, 2026, including co-creators. For employees who joined or left during the first half of the year, the bonus will be calculated based on their actual number of days worked during that period.
The management team stated in an internal letter that, thanks to the collective efforts of all employees in the first half of 2026, the company exceeded its performance targets. This incentive recognizes the hard work of all team members in the first half of the year, while also expressing the expectation for the team to continue pushing forward in the latter half. The management called on all staff to continue their efforts and aim for even higher business goals.
