Shenzhen-based HANS CNC reported sharp top-line and bottom-line expansion for the nine months ended 30 September 2026, underpinned by sustained demand for high-end printed circuit board (PCB) equipment used in artificial-intelligence (AI) servers and data-centre infrastructure.
Performance Highlights • Nine-month revenue surged to RMB 7.84 billion, a 100.90% year-on-year increase. • Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 1.54 billion, up 214.03% versus the prior-year period. • For the third quarter alone, revenue rose 87.77% year-on-year to RMB 2.86 billion, while attributable net profit climbed 157.08% to RMB 587.26 million. • Basic earnings per share stood at RMB 3.27 for the first nine months, up 181.90% year-on-year; Q3 EPS was RMB 1.20. • Weighted average return on equity improved 5.5 percentage points to 14.64%.
Drivers Management cited “continued strong demand for AI computing power” and a larger sales mix of high-value products—including high-layer HDI boards and mSAP substrate-like boards for 800G/1.6T optical modules—as key revenue catalysts. The company also noted expanded customer investment in PCB capacity and technology upgrades.
Cash Flow and Balance Sheet • Operating activities consumed RMB 811.24 million in cash, reflecting higher working-capital needs amid rapid growth. • Investing outflows totalled RMB 878.94 million, mainly due to increased equity investments. • Financing inflows of RMB 4.81 billion were boosted by proceeds from HANS CNC’s overseas H-share initial public offering. • Monetary funds climbed to RMB 4.93 billion, up 171.44% from year-end 2025. • Total assets rose 81.23% to RMB 19.24 billion; shareholders’ equity more than doubled to RMB 12.40 billion, strengthening the balance sheet. • Net gearing improved with the full repayment of RMB 179.95 million in long-term borrowings; short-term borrowings rose to RMB 943.34 million to support working capital.
Cost and Expense Trends Operating costs advanced 86.41% to RMB 4.97 billion, trailing revenue growth and supporting margin expansion. Research & development spending jumped 80.55% to RMB 458.40 million as the company intensified efforts to refine drilling and new-material processing technologies aligned with AI PCB requirements.
Shareholder Structure Han’s Laser Technology Industry Group remained the controlling shareholder with a 72.77% stake. HKSCC Nominees held 11.86%, reflecting overseas investor interest following the H-share listing.
Audit Status The third-quarter financial information was prepared under PRC Accounting Standards and has not been audited.
Outlook Drivers While no forward-looking figures were provided, management reiterated its “ALL IN AI” strategy, focusing on advanced PCB processing solutions to meet the growing technical complexity of AI server and data-centre applications.
