FANGZHOU JIANKE (06086) has issued an announcement stating that the company's Board of Directors (the Board) has noted recent news reports concerning the strategic cooperation between the Group and Tencent Health, which was announced earlier. Following reasonable enquiries under the relevant circumstances, the company confirms that this cooperation is being conducted in the ordinary and general course of the Group's business. After making enquiries concerning the company, the Board confirms that it is not aware of any reasons for the recent increase in the trading price of the company's shares, or of any information that must be announced to avoid a false market in the company's securities, nor is there any inside information requiring disclosure under Rule 13.09(2) of the Listing Rules or Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
