Zhou Liu Fu sets FY2025 final dividend at RMB0.45 per share; HKD0.52 to be distributed on 30 June 2026

Jewellery retailer Zhou Liu Fu (stock code: 06168) has announced a revised final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The board confirmed a cash payout of RMB0.45 per share, equivalent to HKD0.52 per share based on an exchange rate of RMB1: HKD1.1451. Shareholders approved the distribution on 22 May 2026 following an update to the payment currency, amount and exchange rate.

The stock will trade ex-dividend on 27 May 2026. The share register will close from 29 May to 3 June 2026, with 3 June 2026 set as the record date. Eligible shareholders will receive the dividend on 30 June 2026 through the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Withholding tax arrangements remain unchanged from the company’s March 2026 results announcement. Key rates include: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax withheld. • Non-resident individual shareholders: 10% individual income tax withheld. • Mainland resident individuals (including Stock Connect and “Full Circulation” holders): 20% individual income tax withheld. • Mainland securities investment funds investing via Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax withheld; domestic enterprise investors via Stock Connect are exempt from enterprise income tax withholding.

No listed warrants or convertible securities are affected by this dividend. The board currently comprises four executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
