CHINA POWER (02380) has announced that on June 9, 2026, Shandong New Energy, a non-wholly owned indirect subsidiary of the company, entered into a preliminary development and technical consultancy contract with Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute (Shandong Institute).
Under the terms of the contract, Shandong Institute will provide comprehensive technical consultancy services for the preliminary development of an offshore wind power generation project. The total consideration for these services is set at RMB 166 million.
