U.S. Extends License for Certain Russian Oil Transactions

According to a statement from the U.S. Treasury Department, the validity of the license has been extended from April 17 to May 16. General License 134B "authorizes the delivery and sale of Russian crude oil and petroleum products that were loaded onto vessels by April 17."
