With the Spring Festival holiday approaching, multiple logistics companies have announced their service plans for the period. Announcements from companies including S.F. Holding Co., Ltd., JD Logistics, and Deppon Logistics Co., Ltd. indicate they will ensure delivery service demand is met during the holiday, while also imposing peak season resource adjustment fees to manage resource allocation needs.

S.F. Holding issued an announcement stating that due to multiple factors such as constrained resource allocation during the holiday and extreme weather changes, delivery times may be affected to varying degrees; concurrently, SF will flexibly match parcels with resources and dynamically adjust service charges for some services, as detailed below: 1. From January 19 to February 15, 2026, SF will charge a resource adjustment fee of 0.1 to 1.5 RMB/kg for some customers shipping products weighing 20kg or more; 2. During the Spring Festival holiday from February 16 to February 23, 2026, SF will add a resource adjustment fee to its delivery services; 3. Some long-term, deeply cooperative monthly billing customers and member customers may be eligible for discounts or waivers on the resource adjustment fee.

JD Logistics announced that from January 19 to February 23, 2026, it will add a peak season resource adjustment fee of 0.1 to 1.2 RMB/kg on top of the original price for its Express Heavy Cargo product. For some cooperative monthly billing customers, different standard resource adjustment fees will be added during different time periods based on the respective cooperative products; specific details can be inquired from sales managers or viewed in merchant workstation announcements.

Deppon Logistics announced that to fully guarantee delivery service needs during the "New Year Goods Festival" and the "Spring Festival," and affected by peak season traffic and local dispatch resources, it will dynamically adjust service fees as follows: 1. From January 19 to February 14, 2026, a fee of 0.2 to 0.5 RMB/kg will be added for some customers and some products; 2. From February 15 to February 23, 2026, a resource adjustment fee will be added for some customers and some products. For long-term, deeply cooperative customers, different standard resource adjustment fees will be applied based on the cooperative products; specific fee standards are detailed on the order placement page.

Beyond these major integrated carriers, some franchise-based express delivery companies have also officially announced they will remain open during the Spring Festival. For instance, STO Express released its New Year Goods Festival support plan on January 23rd, stating that the 2026 "New Year Goods Festival" period is extended, with order volume peaks approaching Double Eleven levels; during this time, its 76 transfer centers will operate normally, its Daniao "Half-Day Delivery" service will run as usual, and a "Flash Sale 4-Hour Delivery" service will be launched in 12 key cities.

Pinduoduo, in its recently launched 2026 "Spring Festival Non-Stop" initiative, officially announced that YTO Express and J&T Express will serve as the platform's special express delivery partners during the holiday, providing logistics services for non-stop merchants, while China Post, as Pinduoduo's exclusive comprehensive strategic partner, will also maintain normal parcel collection services during the Spring Festival.
