On October 5, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 1.18 million shares of TRAVELSKY TECH (H shares) off-exchange, as it no longer holds a security interest in those shares (consideration: non-cash assets). This off-exchange transaction was not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore does not represent a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in TRAVELSKY TECH was 66.25 million shares, representing 7.1%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 65.07 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 6.98%.
