CTII Invites Shareholders to Choose Electronic or Printed Communications; 2026 AGM Scheduled for 28 May

Bulletin Express04-29

China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (CTII) issued a notice dated 30 April 2026 inviting shareholders to select their preferred language (English, Chinese or both) and method (printed copies or website access) for receiving all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms.

Shareholders are encouraged to opt for the website version to support environmental objectives and reduce printing and mailing expenses. Preferences should be submitted via the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A freepost label is provided for local returns; overseas holders can use the pre-paid envelope.

Key deadline: If no reply form or other response is received by 29 May 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to the web-based option and will thereafter receive notifications when new documents are posted online.

Holders may change their selection at any time with at least seven days’ written notice to the registrar or via email (is-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies remain available free of charge upon request.

CTII also confirmed its 2026 annual general meeting will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, 28 May 2026 at Forum Wing, C-Floor, Metropark Hotel Mongkok, 22 Lai Chi Kok Road, Kowloon. The mailing includes the 2025 Annual Report, a circular covering proposed share buy-back mandates, director re-elections and continuing connected transactions, and the form of proxy for voting at the AGM.

For enquiries, shareholders can contact the registrar’s customer service hotline on (852) 2980 1333 during business hours.
