Zhejiang has announced its first batch of 26 pilot projects for composite innovation community development, and the Xiuzhou Artificial Intelligence Composite Innovation Community has been successfully selected, marking a solid step forward for Xiuzhou in integrating urban renewal and upgrading with the cultivation of new quality productive forces.

The park is located in the Yunhe Bay New City area and is the first commercial-office-compatible M0 intelligent manufacturing industrial park at the Jiaxing municipal level. It is scheduled for completion in 2027 and will focus on advantageous fields such as software and information technology and intelligent manufacturing. It will be equipped with smart light poles and AI video cameras, along with systems for monitoring falling objects from height and intelligent fire detection. Independent talent apartments are planned, and a commercial slow-traffic corridor along the street will connect diverse scenarios.

One reader commented that the idea of removing fences around the industrial park and integrating it with the city is more valuable than the buildings themselves.

Another reader said that being able to go downstairs to work and go upstairs to home is exactly what an innovation community should look like.
