RUSAL Publishes 2025 Consolidated Annual Report; Online Access and Hard-Copy Request Now Open

United Company RUSAL, international public joint-stock company (RUSAL) announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Consolidated Annual Report is officially available to shareholders and the market.

Both English and Chinese versions can be downloaded from the company’s website (www.rusal.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). The disclosure gives investors immediate digital access to the full set of financial statements, the directors’ report, the auditors’ report and other statutory information for the 2025 fiscal year.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer physical documentation may obtain printed copies by completing the request form provided with the notice and returning it to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Hongkong Managers and Secretaries Limited, at Units 1607-8, 16/F, Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted via email to registrar@hkmanagers.com. Local postage is prepaid for Hong Kong mailings; overseas requests require appropriate postage.

Enquiries regarding the report distribution can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 3528 0290 during business hours (09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
