COOL LINK (Holdings) Limited announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available on the company website (www.coollink.com.sg) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends that all registered shareholders access the online versions of current and future corporate communications. Shareholders who experience difficulty receiving email notifications or accessing the website version can request hard copies free of charge by submitting a signed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, or by emailing corporate@coollink.com.sg.

Key points of the communication framework: 1. Shareholders may elect to receive printed communications in English, Chinese, or both languages, or opt to receive future corporate documents electronically via email. 2. A functional email address is required to receive electronic notices.
