Yum China Holdings, Inc. (09987) announced that on January 29, 2026, the company allocated HK$7.73 million to repurchase 19,600 shares. Additionally, it spent approximately $3 million to buy back 59,300 shares. The company also canceled 59,700 previously repurchased shares and issued 22,800 new shares under grants from its adopted long-term incentive plan.
