FORTIOR Schedules 12 June 2026 EGM to Vote on Board Re-election, Use of A-Share Proceeds and New Remuneration Measures

Fortior Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“FORTIOR”) has called an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 12 June 2026 at 2:00 p.m., to be held at 801, Building 11, Software Park (Phase II), 1 Keji Central Road II, Gaoxin Central Zone, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong.

Key resolutions to be put before shareholders include:

1. Board composition • Re-election of two executive directors—Mr. Bi Lei and Mr. Bi Chao—for the company’s third board session. • Re-election of three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Chen Jingyang, Dr. Lin Mingyao and Dr. Niu Shuangxia—for the same term.

2. Capital deployment • Approval of a proposed change to the implementation method for the company’s A-Share proceeds.

3. Governance and incentives • Adoption of new “Measures for the Remuneration Management System of Directors and Senior Management,” which will formalise remuneration policies for the incoming board and top executives.

Shareholders registered by 8 June 2026 are eligible to attend and vote. Proxy forms must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Shareholders and proxies are required to present valid identification, and attendees will bear their own travel and accommodation costs.
