Singapore Stocks to Watch: Seatrium, Nanofilm, Dyna-Mac and LMIRT

The following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Friday (Jan 5):

Dyna-Mac is proposing a bonus issue of up to 207.4 million warrants on the basis of one warrant for every five existing shares. The move would see it raise gross proceeds of up to S$31.1 million. 

The aggregate leverage ratio of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust(LMIRT) is likely to have risen to 44.3 percent for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2023, from 43 percent in the previous quarter, its manager said on Thursday (Jan 4).

Analysts from CGS-CIMB Research, Citi Research and DBS Group Research are keeping their estimates and target prices unchanged after Seatrium announced a project cancellation on Jan 4.

Nanofilm Technologies International's recent acquisition of a German company to beef up its presence in Europe has not changed the restrained view of CGS-CIMB's William Tng.
