DTECH Shifts to Fully Electronic Shareholder Communications from 13 August 2026

Bulletin Express08-12

Guangdong Dtech Technology Co., Ltd. (DTECH) will migrate to a predominantly electronic model for distributing all future corporate communications, effective 13 August 2026, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association. Printed documents will be provided only upon specific shareholder request.

Under the new framework, “actionable corporate communications” (materials requiring shareholder instruction or election) will be emailed individually. If DTECH does not hold a shareholder’s functional email address—or if the address is inoperative—the company will mail a hard-copy of the actionable document together with a form soliciting an updated email address.

Routine corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted on both the company’s website (www.dtechs.cn) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). No physical or electronic notice of publication will be dispatched; shareholders are expected to monitor the websites directly.

To facilitate the transition, investors are encouraged to register or update their email addresses via a QR-code link (valid for two months from the despatch date) or by notifying the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, with at least seven business days’ notice. Shareholders preferring printed copies may request them free of charge by written application or email to Tricor; such preferences will remain in force until revoked or until the close of the financial year, whichever is earlier.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours or via email at 1377-ecom@vistra.com.
