SF Holding Buys Back 2.70 Million A Shares for RMB 99.99 Million

SF Holding Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 14 April 2026 it repurchased 2,703,600 A shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, all of which have been retained as treasury shares. The transaction was executed at prices ranging from RMB 36.82 to RMB 37.21 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of RMB 36.98. The cash consideration totaled RMB 99.99 million.

Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding A-share count fell to 4.711 billion, while total treasury shares rose from 85.53 million to 88.23 million. Treasury shares now account for approximately 1.84 % of the company’s 4.80 billion issued shares. The repurchased amount represented 0.05 % of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

The company confirmed that the repurchase was duly authorized by the board and carried out in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations on both the Hong Kong and Shenzhen exchanges.
