On September 23, 2026, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation disposed of 15.92 million H shares of PING AN (02318) by reducing its security interest in the shares. This brought its long position below the 5% threshold. The transaction was not a direct on-market dealing but resulted from a decrease in the security interest held.

Prior to the disposal, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation's long position in PING AN was 385.58 million shares, representing 5.18%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 358.93 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.82%.
