From 19-Year Legal Career to Board Secretary of Imeik with 50 Billion Market Cap

Deep News11-14

Li Dongmei, a legal professional with 19 years of experience, has recently been appointed as the new board secretary of Imeik Technology Development Co., Ltd., a leading listed company in China's medical aesthetics sector with a market capitalization of nearly 50 billion yuan.

According to her profile, Li Dongmei was born in November 1984 and holds a Master of Laws degree from Renmin University of China. She is qualified to practice law in China. Her career began in 2006 as a trainee lawyer at Junzhi Law Firm in Beijing. Over the years, she worked at several law firms including Jinwo Law Firm, Tianyin Law Firm, and Hairun Tianrui Law Firm, where she became a partner in 2016. In June 2025, she joined Imeik as the director of board affairs and legal compliance.

Notably, Hairun Tianrui Law Firm was the legal counsel for Imeik's IPO, and Li Dongmei served as the handling lawyer, indicating her familiarity with the company.

This marks Imeik's first change in board secretary since its listing in 2020. The previous board secretary, Jian Yong, brother of the company's actual controller and chairman Jian Jun, has stepped down from all positions in the company.

Imeik, as the industry leader in China's A-share medical aesthetics market, reported revenues of 3 billion yuan in 2024 with net profits attributable to shareholders of 1.958 billion yuan. For the first three quarters of 2025, the company achieved net profits of 1.093 billion yuan. At its peak, the company's market capitalization exceeded 170 billion yuan.

Based on Imeik's historical executive compensation structure, where vice presidents typically receive over 2 million yuan annually, Li Dongmei's compensation as the new vice president and board secretary is expected to be similarly substantial.
